With the new migration to ESM, there are now multiple service providers you can create.
I'm submitting this feature request to allow for admins and service task agents to be able to move/merge/migrate tickets/change requests/workflows from one service provider to another based off need.
1. May a requestor submitted a ticket to the wrong service provider. Instead of closing the ticket and having the end user re-submit under the correct service provider, a service task agent could just move the ticket to the correct service provider in one quick motion.
2. Another scenario that would be beneficial is maybe there is a workflow that require multiple service providers to complete tasks within one ticket/request. As one service providers completes their task, the workflow could move the tasks over to the next service provider to allow for a seamless workflow. An example could be a new hire for your organization. It could start with the HR service provider and they fill out the new employee information and then the workflow moves over to the IT service provider to build their account access, etc.
