In an environment where Techs must deal with multiple Companies and Locations, the ability to have a view of all the companies and locations is definitely needed, just like the Clients, Assets and Tickets view, a Companies and Locations view has multiple benefits like:
- Viewing information regarding companies/locations (eg: address, phone, custom fields)
- Sorting list of companies and locations based on specific columns.
- Search companies and locations based on criteria (active/inactive, specific name, custom fields).
- Being able to open a list of all clients assigned to that specific company-location or being redirected to clients view with the filtered criteria.
There is already a section in the setup page that you may use for some of those purposes, however, i don't want techs to access the setup interface and also the search and sort capabilities are very, very limited.
