Originally requested by the customer Unipress (unipress.samanage.com), it will be very convenient for current WHD customers (even those that have both WHD and SWSD active subscriptions) to have a native option to import their WHD tickets into their SWSD instance.
Also for the importing process to include the attachments and images in the WHD tickets.
