We would like to suggest some controls on custom fields that utilize User Lookup. Our change process includes fields on catalog items for "Who will perform peer review?", "Who will be doing the installation?", and "Who will be performing Deployment Validation?" While we do educate the user to not create a conflict in the selection of those fields, it would be ideal if we could get the option to restrict who can be selected if they are already performing another task. We do not permit the Requester or Installer to also perform Peer Review. Perhaps a conflict pop up on submit that states, "Peer Review selection cannot match Installer/Requester" or something of the like.
