There is no way for you to know that your ad hoc change has been approved. It would be nice if 1) the State of the request was changed to approved and 2) you got an email stating your request was approved.
Please see below. It would be great to have the ability to require specific fields in the "New Ad Hoc Change" part of the service desk.
