Is anyone else having issues with Technician OOO flags terminating too early using WHD12.8.n releases? Only seems to be an issue for me in Production where data has come from pre-12.8.n release. A vanilla install is fine.
Recently clients have reported they are not receiving notifications when they create a ticket or when a ticket is closed to their email account. Is there a way we can confirm this notification setting is turned on from the client account.

Hi, A few weeks after we upgrades our WHD to 12.8, we are experiencing erratic and slow logins. The login problems exist for both local and LDAP(s) accounts. A restart of the WHD applicaiton or the server does not help. The server has enough memory and the application has enough free JVM memory. Has anyone experienced…
When client upload an attachment in the note, it doesn't appear to the client and the technician. Also, the save button in editing request details for the client doesn't appear. Is there any suggestion? Thank you in advance.

Hi, With the upgrade to 12.8.0, the Powershell code to use API to update tickets stopped working. The WHD is installed in a Windows 2012 R2 Server (yes...to be upgraded...someday) To get the ticket detais, I've used the workaround to use curl (from curl.se) to get the details. After the 12.8 upgrade, unable to create new client accounts. Validated this in 2 different environments. Captured logs and a support ticket is open. It would be great to get through a single release that is supposed to fix and existing problem without it breaking some core functionality.......
