I get an error when trying to have users respond to a survey

Client works for more than one company
We are starting to roll out the Company field for users profiles (clients in WHD). However, we have a user that works for two companies that are on the same WHD. Is there a way to assign two companies, or do we need to make two client profiles for that user?
Technician OOO flags terminating too early using WHD12.8.n releases
Is anyone else having issues with Technician OOO flags terminating too early using WHD12.8.n releases? Only seems to be an issue for me in Production where data has come from pre-12.8.n release. A vanilla install is fine.
Clients not receiving email notifications
Recently clients have reported they are not receiving notifications when they create a ticket or when a ticket is closed to their email account. Is there a way we can confirm this notification setting is turned on from the client account.

Slow login issues since upgrade to WHD 12.8.
Hi, A few weeks after we upgrades our WHD to 12.8, we are experiencing erratic and slow logins. The login problems exist for both local and LDAP(s) accounts. A restart of the WHD applicaiton or the server does not help. The server has enough memory and the application has enough free JVM memory. Has anyone experienced…
Client attachment doesn't appear.
When client upload an attachment in the note, it doesn't appear to the client and the technician. Also, the save button in editing request details for the client doesn't appear. Is there any suggestion? Thank you in advance.
Paid engagement - Database migration SQL to embedded pgs
I haven't been able to find any data that indicates this can in fact be done but the historical data does have some value to us. Has anyone executed this successfully and would you be interested in a 'consulting' engagement via freelancer?
