Working with Action rules

Does anyone know what this error means :Attempt to insert null into an com.webobjects.foundation.NSMutableArray"

I've seen this occur when I'm making multiple ticket changes with an action rule and my order of the changes is wrong.

* Specifically when I'm assigning a ticket to a new tech group using a rule.  I first had to Modify the ticket and assign the request type before I assigned the Tech group.
* It has also occurred when I was trying to change the request type on a ticket using a rule but did not change the location first.

That does seem to happen, so would it be okay to have the rule working or does it effect the software and the ticket in any way?

The rules work fine, you just get the error showing in the history
