It is a requirement by ISO standard to configure MFA in all internal application to provided added layer of security; therefore, it will be great if the feature is added to the web help desk with top priority, as this will ensure the WHD with compliance requirement for most country that it is been used.

We are starting to roll out the Company field for users profiles (clients in WHD). However, we have a user that works for two companies that are on the same WHD. Is there a way to assign two companies, or do we need to make two client profiles for that user?

Hi Team, I'm noticing emails are not delivered to the tech when a ticket is reassigned to another tech. I tried this on both 12.7.10-HF1 and 12.7.12-HF1. Any suggestion? It should appear like this below screenshot when a ticket is reassigned.
Does LDAP overwrite existing data , or does it automatically sync when it is updated?
