Hello Everyone, My alerts have links, e.g. link to details, view alert details, click to acknowledge alert, etc. But I have to copy and paste the URL into the browser to get there. Can't I just click on the link? The alerts have the setting 'enable html' Is this a setting somewhere? Thanks Everyone -- Brent

Hi, I think I read somewhere that it is now natively possible to send a link within an alert that would acknowledge that alert... Was I halucinating or is this possible now? and if so, how? would love to acknowledge via blackberry without having to change the system.
When creating alert trigger actions you get the option to add a URL back to the node or componant (or whatever). The root of the URL is always http://solarwindsserver:80/. I want to disable alert on some interfaces of a network device. Like My switch is connected to router, server and desktop. If the interface of switch on which server and router attached go down then fire the alert ,,if interface attached to desktop gets down need not fire the alert. Please help.
