Alert Link Not Clickable

Hello Everyone,

My alerts have links, e.g. link to details, view alert details, click to acknowledge alert, etc. But I have to copy and paste the URL into the browser to get there. Can't I just click on the link? The alerts have the setting 'enable html' Is this a setting somewhere?

@brentbo, this honestly could have nothing to do with a SolarWinds setting, and might be a limitation imposed by whomever is responsible for running your mail system. They may have disabled html emails and convert everything to plain text. Have you checked with them? Are you able to receive other html enabled mail (from different sources)?
