Url Attributes - Some not populating with anything

I'm trying to use these attributes but only one is populating

${N=SwisEntity;M=DetailsUrl} - This one populates

${N=Alerting;M=AlertDetailsUrl} - This one shows up with nothing

${N=Alerting;M=AcknowledgeUrl} - same as this one

Are you previewing? Those values only populate when the alert actually triggers because there is no link to an alert that hasn't fired yet.

Does that mean a simulated email also? It doesn't populate in preview nor when a simulated alert is executed

Originally it used to populate with the server name which we then added the values needed on the "websites" DB query to match our site bindings and that resolved out incorrect url issue but the two values above stopped working since.

Yes the simulated also won't work. If you ever got it to display anything outside a real alert I'm guessing it meant that the alert in question was already active on the object you used to simulate.

I tested it out and waited for a real alert to go through and the links populated the way they are supposed to.
