I learned to just deal with it, but I have several end users with complaints that the text size is too small when they look at the email responses/updates to a ticket. I searched around some and I didn't see any documentation on it. Anyone know if there's a way to increase it?
They are much smaller than the normal sized font inside Outlook. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
