Are there any templates for requesters other than what comes with OOB? I am not 100% happy with the layout/ the amount of information in the ticket and wanted to see if there were any templates shared by either SW or the community?
You can modify an existing template and even create custom templates on the Professional and Enterprise. Have you tried doing that?
I'm excited to see any other customer use cases where you share your best thoughts on what the template should contain!
