We recently transitioned 3000 users from @oldco.com to @newco.com - Same tenant, change to mail, upn and proxy attribute.
Prior, we tested access to swsd with test accounts. No issues.
Requester accounts are provisioned from Azure.
Post transition, if allow "newco.com" we end up with duplicates.
Any requester that emails their submission to service desk is not directed to the appropriate queue as there is no "match" email to email. The attribute stamping is not available and the request is dumped into a general bucket.
I was provided the following example script to clean up. Problem is, I don't have anyone that knows ruby code or api scripting.
