Can i disable a tech in creating new tickets?
I have already done some setting in Tech Permission but i could not find the check-box to disable the ability for a tech to create a new ticket.
My purpose is to restrict the tech so that he can only view the dashboard and tickets under him.
Is there a way to do it or WHD does not have such features?
