Based on feedback from our customers, we are moving the SolarWinds initiated Tasks V2 migration date from October 31, 2026, to February 27, 2027.
From customer feedback, we heard that many teams need more time to prepare for the transition. In the meantime, we will continue to make improvements to Tasks V2.
What this means for you
- The beginning of SolarWinds initiated Tasks V2 migrations is now February 27, 2027.
- You have additional time to review workflows and prepare your teams.
- Review the Tasks V2 walkthrough to help your team prepare.
- If you are a Premier customer, you can migrate your sandbox to Tasks V2 for testing, training, and internal documentation.
- There will be more features added before the migration.
- At the beginning of the new year, we will communicate directly with customers to provide the exact date their account is scheduled to migrate.
- The overall migration program will be spread across multiple weekends, but your account will be migrated on one scheduled day.
- You can still migrate your account on your own before your scheduled migration date by going to Setup > Account > Account Summary.
