I am working on creating a more efficient method for our help desk analysts to post notifications using task items within new incidents. Currently, we have different tasks associated with various ticket types. My goal is to add a process step that automatically posts an update or message to the incident once a task item has been completed.
We attempted to use the “Send Notification” option within the process for the service catalog item; however, it does not send or receive emails to our Samanage email address, which means the email is not posted to the incident comments.
Could anyone assist with this request?
