The Virtual Agent on the landing page should be able to search all of the sub portals for information, or the ability to select which portal you want it to search in. Right now, it appears that it is defaulting to one portal and only searching across that one for results. Since this is at the higher Landing page level, it should be encompassing of the sub portals.
