It would be great if the Organization landing page you had the ability to search 'Knowledge Articles' across all of the sub portals your user has access to via the "What can we help you with" search option like you can in the sub portals. This would prevent articles from having to exist in multiple portals if there are some overlap or users remembering which portal they need to go to.
