Hello community,
Today, in the incident module of SWSD, when a task is assigned to a specific person and that person completes the task, a notification is sent to themself.
I find it difficult to understand the reason for this notification: if I were in the shoes of the task assignee, why would I need to receive a notification for a task that I have completed?
In my opinion, it would be more beneficial for the assignee of the Incident/Service request to receive this notification because they would be informed that a task within the incident has been completed, allowing the incident resolution to proceed.
This feature is currently not implemented in either the Notification section or the Automation Rules.
I want to clarify that I do not have RunBooks.
