Under Automation rules for changes, it would be great if we could have an Action that could toggle Start Process / Stop Process on changes.
Example.
A change is being canceled due to circumstances. The Requester sets state to Canceled but tasks and approvals within the workflow remain open.
With an automation, we could set the condition to "State updated to value of Canceled"
Action "Update Record" "Set process to Stopped"
This would end all open tasks.
