Add the ability to filter emails based on a regex query of email address fields. I have run into instances where email threads with WHD in the CC or To fields along with other groups/recipients, creates multiple tickets by recipients clicking reply-to-all. Being able to search these fields would give the ability to reject emails that did not have "ticket" in the subject AND contained others in the address fields.
