For repeated multi-step operations, like setting up a new computer, we'd like to be able to use the Process tab to create a checklist. However, every single item in that checklist sends out an email when the Service Catalog item is launched/scheduled. We'd like the ability to suppress those emails, so we can use the Service Catalog to create tickets that user checklists. This will save our inboxes, allow Service Desk to become even more our system of record, and allow us to move away from excel spreadsheets saved in folders.
