I have a Process Integration in a Request Catalog Item and I would like to send variable values through the URL instead of sending them through the body of the POST request. (Link to request: https://cityofgreenwoodvillage.samanage.com/catalog_items/1327740-mobile-phone-enrollment-request-v2-test.)
With regards to documentation on variables, I am referring to https://help.samanage.com/s/article/Updating-Service-Requests-with-Application-Integrations-1536721507468.
Currently, the values sent in the URL are not actual resolved values. For example, for my User field called "Employee Name", {{Employee Name.email}} and {{Employee Name.name}} resolve to the same 7 digit value. This value changes depending on the input. See the audit of "t - Incident 1749.png" and "t - Incident 1748.png", attached. For Incident 1749, {{Employee Name.name}} should have been "Andrea ****" instead of "6562677" and for Incident 1748, {{Employee Name.name}} should have been "Jessica ****".
I have also attached a screenshot of the Process Integration step in my workflow.
(We are currently just creating a task for our Service Desk Tech to manually construct the request to the third party, so please let me know if this is approved and implemented.)
