As SWSD expands beyond IT, one of our departments asked if we could allow an auditor to view the data.
While this seems to be technically possible (creating a role with read-only permissions) I'm fairly sure this would require a license, because the user(s) would need back-end access. But since the user(s) would only need read access, it seems like it would be a waste of a license. Also, this license would only be needed temporarily (as long as the auditors need access) and could then be revoked.
It would be ideal if there was a role for this use case. A user with read-only access to the data in the Service Provider, but also does not consume a license.
