We have some groups who share ticket views as a requester, the ability to edit roles at the Org level would allow us to create a global view of all tickets for these specific groups, instead of having to go into each separate provider. We could also get more granular with the admin access.
In web help desk users could see their inventory of assets assigned to them. This is very beneficial to for end users to keep track of asset item they are responsible for.
* Granular Permissions and Flexibility We're working on adding more specific roles and permissions, and it would be helpful to have more flexibility in how permissions are assigned or restricted. * Improved 'Scope' Selection Instead of the current single dropdown under "Scope" when adding a permission, it would be nice to…
Please add a sort feature to the roles page so they can be sorted alphabetically instead of by date. Thanks
As SWSD expands beyond IT, one of our departments asked if we could allow an auditor to view the data. While this seems to be technically possible (creating a role with read-only permissions) I'm fairly sure this would require a license, because the user(s) would need back-end access. But since the user(s) would only need…
I think it would be helpful to have the ability to set Permissions/Restrictions in "Roles & Permissions" on a global scale. For example, if I want everyone in our environment restricted from seeing a certain category with the exception of Administrators, I would apply a Global Restriction. Or if possible, create a…

We thought in Roles & Permissions that creating a permission of: Update -> Incidents in the scope of --Requester-- would suffice, but learned that it's not the case. I…
We have a lot of Roles in our SWSD instance. Although Command + F or CTRL + F is my friend when navigating "Roles & Permissions", I think for a quality of life stance, it would be less noise on the page if we can collapse/expand the roles on this page so that we don't have to see every permissions/restriction for each role…
We would like the ability to assign an incident to be separate from the permission to manage it. i.e., a T1 can reassign one of their tickets to a T2, but they can't see or edit the T2's tickets.
It would be helpful if the application can have a Roles & Permission builder, which can aid administrators determine the needed permissions/restrictions. The feature would be a administrator can setup a sample reference incident in the builder which contains their category, subcategory and other incident details. Then the…
