We currently have a Service Catalog item for purchases where the user submits information and then we work on it to eventually become a PO. The PO system has an approval chain and it would be great to have that send a notification the agent working on the ticket when an approval step has been completed, or better yet have it affect our Service Catalog process! Right now we need to manually check where the process is which wastes time and can be easily forgotten about.
