When there are many notes on a WHD ticket, it seems counter-intuitive to scroll to the bottom of the notes for the latest update. Most users are accustomed to the latest reply to an email being at the top of the email message.
It would be nice within the settings --> email options to have a check box on both the "Client E-Mail Layout" and the "Tech E-Mail Layout" that would let you reverse the order of the notes display within an email.
