It Service Desk Mobile APP Tasks - Create the ability to add new tasks and create custom filters.

We have a large facility and our service agents are constantly on the move. We perform much of our Incident responses through the mobile app including managing and tracking tasks.  

I would like to have the ability to perform the following functions with Tasks in the mobile app.

1. Add new tasks.
   1. Assignable to other agents
   2. Assignable to users
   3. Attached to other object like incidents, change requests and assets
   4. Mark as completed
   5. Add sub task
2. Have additional filters
   1. custom filter
   2. by assigned to
   3. Shared filters
