We have a large facility and our service agents are constantly on the move. We perform much of our Incident responses through the mobile app including managing and tracking tasks.
I would like to have the ability to perform the following functions with Tasks in the mobile app.
- Add new tasks.
- Assignable to other agents
- Assignable to users
- Attached to other object like incidents, change requests and assets
- Mark as completed
- Add sub task
- Have additional filters
- custom filter
- by assigned to
- Shared filters
