Provide a way to search for everywhere a User is referenced in Service Desk (i.e. Service Catalog Tasks or Approvals). This would help if someone leaves the Company. Currently we have to manually search the Process Tab for each Service Catalog Item.
If you enter the persons name in the search bar at the top of the page, it pulls all the assets the person is assigned, the computers, the incidents they created. You can then select each item and un-assign the asset or whatever else you need to do.
I was not looking for the Assets, Computers or Incidents they created. I was looking for a way to see any Approvals or Tasks that they are assigned to.
