In the "agent" view, when looking at a ticket there is a "tasks" tab which allows me to see the tasks that are on that ticket. It would be nice if the user side showed tasks that are assigned to that user for that ticket.
Our finance team often assigns tasks to people who are not fully licensed users. Whether it be a ticket that the user requested themself, or a ticket that they are CC'd on. In these cases, the user has to either go back and forth between the ticket view and the task view, or have both open in separate windows / tabs. It would be much easier for the user if they could see that tasks that they need to complete for that ticket on the same screen as the rest of the ticket details - even if it is in a separate tab like it is for the agent view.
