It would be very useful to have a global setting to set a custom order/sorting of Service Catalog tickets view for Requesters in the Service Catalog section of the Portal so that we can highlight and control what Service Catalog tickets we want Requesters to see first or even set similar Service Catalog tickets next to each other.
There's also currently a sort in the portal view, but it's defaulted by popular and it doesn't allow one to set the default to alphabetical or highlighted. A setting that could at least allow Requesters to set this themselves would be helpful too
