I think it would be beneficial to sort nodes in the "Manage Nodes" page to show nodes that were added in the last day, two days, or seven days. It would improve the import process a whole lot if you could select all of your newest nodes at once and assign custom properties, change polling settings, etc. all in one swing.

When I edit a node to select a Connection Profile, the profiles aren't alphabetized which makes it extremely time consuming to find the correct one (I have many).
