I was made aware that the "Service Catalog Custom Fields" Incidents Management report template does not offer the ability to view the Table view. That template, and really all templates, should have the ability to view the input that feeds the report in a table view. It would be more valuable to see a list of tickets and have the Table view available on all reports. Also, if we could schedule out and offer the automated reports to show a Table list of tickets, it would be better than the PDF with graphs on them.
