Be able to modify or remove the default Change Request fields from the Change Request forms

I initially raised this on an incident #01507942 but have been advised this is not currently possible.

It would be good to modify, remove, or move the default change request fields on the Change forms. I have been asked this by a customer of ours.

Piggy backing off of this, we would love to have the ability to modify the Change Request forms in the same manner as a Service Catalog Item so we can design it exactly as we need including dropdown boxes and other types of fields other than just text areas for typing. The current design for us is very time wasting and inefficient.

Which edition do you currently own? The Advanced and Premier tiers have a change catalog with the ability to add custom fields and workflow items.
