I applaud SWSD for implementing Approval reminders (added May 18th, 2025, see https://thwack.solarwinds.com/products/solarwinds-service-desk-swsd/b/news/posts/may-18-release-for-solarwinds-service-desk-customized-runbook-fields-approval-reminder-notifications-and-general-release-of-broadened-search-scope-for-generated-suggested-solutions & https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/success_center/swsd/content/completeguidetoswsd/approvalreminders.htm).
However the Approval Request reminder email has no link to the original ticket or Incident, just an Approve & Decline button, with the original ticket content / attributes. Often the approver does not want to approve or decline, but instead add a Comment on the ticket through the web portal.
