Currently, you can only send notifications to managers. Please add "Incident Assignee" so they can also be notified of SLA breaches. This would be great to use as reminders for incidents that may have been forgotten or haven't been updated in awhile.

We should be able to set notifications/reminders for captured contracts to 1 day before contract expires. We should be able to set reminders/notifications to re-send on different days. At least to give reminders for 5 days continuous prior to day contract will expire.
