We use SWSD to generate QR codes for all mobile devices, PCs, and laptops. When scanning the QR code via the mobile app, we only can scan PCs and laptops. Please add the functionality to scan mobile devices.
We support many mobile devices, and often they get sent back to us with missing return documentation. Most of the time it is just a device sent back in a box. So, we started adding QR codes to mobile devices for easier identification, but the functionality of scanning them with the mobile app does not exist. This would make device identification a much easier process.
