Currently, we are trying to automate sending out bulletins for when a Change is about to be implemented and post implementation tasks. It would be helpful if we could include the Start and End date/time for those bulletins.
we could probably accomplish this with the {{incident_attributes}} variable being included but we only want to highlight a handful of fields, not everything on the details tab.
Scenario:
We have a pre-install task to complete which automatically sends out a communication with certain fields including {{planned_start_at}} and {{planned_end_at}} on the email.
Install task occurs
Approval for Install success generates.
On Approve, another communication goes out with the Success notification
On Decline, another communication goes out with the Declination notification.
