- Ability to Create/Refresh Sandbox Environment from PROD backup
- I was informed when I purchased SWSD it came with a Sandbox environment only to discover it's not ready yet. When it is available, it would be nice to refresh the sandbox environment with PROD backups
- Ability to Deploy Sandbox Changes into PROD
- Once newly configured items are updated and tested in Sandbox, be able to deploy those changes into PROD quickly via Backup/Recovery utility
Concern: If something accidently gets deleted like a very complex service catalog item (or any aspect of the logic or process within an item), there is no way to restore it without recreating it from scratch.
