Add functionality to be able to comment on assigned tasks and make viewable to selected users to include the requester...for both incidents and service requests.
This feature would be incredibly useful. We working on deploying a couple of new service requests that have a large number of tasks on them, with a fair amount of dependencies. It would be convenient for the requester, et. al, to be able to observe where all the tasks are in process by themselves and apply comments on the individual tasks.
