It would nice if there was an option in Automations that allowed us to auto CC someone in on a ticket based on the Category, sub-category and location.
IE. Ticket comes in about a Hardware Issue (Category) that is a Chromebook (sub-category) that is located at Building #1 (Site). This would then auto CC a manager on the ticket.
