Having the requestors the ability to comment on solution articles would be great, how we as agents and requestors collbarate with one another? For example I would like to see a user letting us know with a comment if the steps are outdated, or if they know of a better way to acomplish whatever the solution article is for, or just addtional feedback other than a thumbs up/down.
