Workaround is agent replies to task assigned to you notification email, but seems silly agent can't send a comment like 'account created,user and pass' as a comment in the task.
It would be nice to be able to comment on an incident when viewing an incident in a preview. This would allow an agent to comment on an incident without opening the incident fully.
Having the requestors the ability to comment on solution articles would be great, how we as agents and requestors collbarate with one another? For example I would like to see a user letting us know with a comment if the steps are outdated, or if they know of a better way to acomplish whatever the solution article is for,…
