It would be great to be able to select multiple categories under a solution. It would be good because you may need a solution shown in different categories. Right now, I have to make duplicates of the same solution for each category and if something changes, we have to update each solution. I understand this would be hard…
A field for Solution Owner (e.g. someone responsible to keep it up to date), and last updater (last person to edit the Solution) would be useful to have, in addition to the Creator that currently shows
We have hundreds of Solutions, it would be nice to have a way to sort them into different sections.
The different text fields for custom surveys would be nice to be able to format the text. Ability to center, make bold, font, and size.
When resolving a ticket and creating a solution, pop-up a link to the solution once clicking save, so it can quickly be updated.

For some reason you can't thumbs up or down a solution when looking at it in the agent side. You can only review it from the portal, which seems weird to me. As agents, we always access Solutions from the solution menu in the agent portal and on top of that we use solutions way more than any of our users so we're reviewing…
