Hi, we run a scheduled backup of the helpdesk database and a manual one half way through the working day. I understand that 2 backups cannot be scheduled from within WHD but is there any command line that can be batched and run?

We are using Help Desk Manager. We are wondering if there is a way to bulk create techs? We don't see an data import or anything like that. The only way we can see is by creating them one by one.
