we have seen this with increased frequency from client responses in the Web Help Desk.
thee initial complaint from a client doesn't have this problem consistently but when we receive notes back from clients in the ticket the client responses are filled with blank space.
we figure its an HTML problem with O365 online but cannot get the note portion of the WHD to get rid of the excessive blank lines in customer responses.
is there any way to have WHD truncate the email responses to shrink or delete all the blank message lines?
