Purchase Order Line Items

I have found out that when using the purchase order feature, that i'm limited to only 17 line items for 1 purchase order. I have a purchase order for around 190 computers. But, when I try to put in the 18th one, and hit save. It does nothing. Is there a limit on how many lines items that one purchase order can have?

I'm running version 12.2.0.

No. I have Purchase Orders with over 1000 line items. I imported the PO into WHD. I haven't tried manually entering that many line items, but I can't belleve that would matter.

I'm just trying to get setup....new to SolarWinds WHD. When importing POs, how were you able to create line items on each PO? I was able to import 300 POs but didn't see how to have line items available for Assets I need to import also. Help??

It is convoluted, but works. You need to import (or create) the PO. Then you need to import the Assets, and assign them to the PO. Importing the Assets will create the line items, but you need to add the Line Item # on the import spreadsheet.

Hey mate sorry I know it's an old thread but do you know how I might fix this issue: I imported 194 items into WHD but now realize I actually missed a number on the PO I can't manually change the line items as they would not match any PO in the system and can't import the correct PO as the items align with an existing PO...
