I have 4 tech's out of 37 who cannot edit their ticket priority. It is grayed out. All other tech are able to edit this field. Any thoughts?
I have enabled automatic ticket opening for new requests. This is a special email just for one certain groups. I don't want it to send new requests or updates to clients. How can I turn it off so no emails go to clients. Thanks!
Did they just overlook this field or anyone know of another way to add <department> to a custom email? I have tried <department>, <dept>, <departments>. You can add <location> but not department. You should be able to add any field in the database to an email.

Is there any way to create a Barcode version of the WHD# - we have over 5k tickets and we have to ship to and from the schools and it would make it easier for all involved when processing our maintenance tickets if we can scan the WHD# instead of typing them 1 by 1 on our maintenance tickets?
