I have 4 tech's out of 37 who cannot edit their ticket priority. It is grayed out. All other tech are able to edit this field. Any thoughts?
So I went in an checked the default permissions and it was actually set with Change priority NOT enabled for everyone. So the real question was, how come everyone else but those 4 could change the priority. Anyway I changed it for the default group and now the 4 are fixed! Thanks for your help!
Did you check their Tech Permissions > Default , there is an option for Change Priority. Are those 4 in a different Tech group?
They all are set up like everyone else. Their tech permissions are default. They are all in the same groups.
That sounds odd. Maybe delete on of those techs and recreate them and see if anything changes? Or create a new Tech Permissions group (with Change Priority enabled) and move one of them to that group just to see if they can edit.
